“Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd” is a gold mining company founded in Canada. The company is headquartered in Toronro, Canada, and manages their own gold mines Canada and Australia. The company started mining in 2001 when they had put main office in Vancouver, after purchasing the mine from “Kinross Gold” company in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and then the company began extracting gold from the mine in 2003. Also, the company acquired “St.Andrew Goldfields” with its three mines about 100km from “Kirkland Lake Gold” in 2015, and after that also, they acquired several companies.
The company was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange(TSX) on November 6, 2009, and is also currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange(NYSE) on July 22, 2015 and the Australian Stock Exchange(ASX) on December 14, 2017.
